The Constitutional Court struck down Article 244 on the IBC of self-employed workers.

Resolution 209 of 2020 issued by the UGPP, will be provisionally in force until July 20, 2022, since the honorable Constitutional Court by means of the bulletin D-13343 declared unconstitutional Article 244 of the PND, which served as the basis for this resolution where it specifies the income to be taken into account for social security contributions, by individuals who have signed contracts equal or different from service provision contracts and those who are self-employed.
