The UGPP suspends the terms applicable to parafiscal processes and actions due to the Coronavirus.

Through Resolution 385 of April 1, 2020, the Pension Management and Parafiscal Contributions Unit - UGPP, issues the suspension of terms in processes and parafiscal actions of the Special Administrative Unit of Pension Management and Parafiscal Contributions of the Social Protection (UGPP) as a temporary measure due to the current health emergency of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

While the sanitary emergency decreed by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection is in force, the terms in the administrative processes of determination, sanctioning, discussion, for the filing of appeals for reconsideration or direct revocation action, and collection of Social Protection Parafiscal Contributions, advanced by the UGPP are suspended.

However, individuals or legal entities that have administrative processes or with termination by mutual agreement or judicial conciliation and wish to continue with the process, may do so through the electronic office.
