After employers and workers failed to reach an agreement on wage adjustments for workers in 2021, the government increased Colombia's minimum wage by 3.5%, from COP $877,803 pesos in 2020 to COP $30,723 pesos, which will bring the minimum wage for Colombia in 2021 to COP $908,526 pesos.
